3. Date of purchase
4. Details of the problem encountered

Upon receipt of this information a technician will provide necessary assistance to get the unit working again. If the unit needs to be returned for repair or replacement, we will provide a return authorization and instructions.

Our goal is ensure your complete satisfaction with the products we offer. The JetCare^®line of antibark and training collars carry a one year manufacturers warranty to cover defects in materials and workmanship. Specific provisions of the warranty are as follows:

1. This apparatus is guaranteed from the date of purchase, against all faults of manufacture. This guarantee is limited to the repair or replacement of the parts acknowledged defective resulting from material or manufacturing fault.
2. The guarantee is not valid if the purchaser undertakes his own repairs or modifications and if deterioration produced by abnormal use or contrary to the manufacturer instructions.
3. Specifically excluded from the guarantee is damage due to shocks, chewing, water submersion or exposure to high temperatures (greater than 45 degrees centigrade or 112 degrees Fahrenheit). Only remote training collars are waterproof (the battery flap must be closed).
4. The guarantee can in no case rise to legal damages.
5. The use of rechargers and batteries that are not recommended by the manufacturer (Dynavet^®) may impede the correct functioning of the equipment. Any resulting damage is not covered by the guarantee.
